Stop filling out the same internship application over and over.
Answer your profile once. The agent fills and submits applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday from your own Chrome, and only asks you what only you can answer.
Continue with GoogleGoogle will ask you to allow read access to your Gmail. It is used only for the verification codes and confirmations employers email you.
How it works
Sign in with Google
On Google's own screen you allow read access to your Gmail, so the agent can fetch the codes and confirmations employers send.
Fill in your profile once
Your education, your work authorization for each country, your résumé, and how you want recurring questions answered.
Add the Chrome extension on your computer
Applications open in a window of their own in Chrome on your Mac or Windows computer, filled from your answers while you get on with your day. From your phone you approve jobs and answer questions.
See everything that went out
Each application keeps screenshots of the form, every answer with where it came from, and the employer's confirmation.
It answers almost everything. It asks you almost nothing.
Answered for you
- Your name, contact details, education and work history.
- Work authorization and sponsorship, from what you stated for each country.
- Questions that don't matter, like how you heard about the job.
- Salary bands, from the figure you gave.
Brought to you
- A question about you that your profile doesn't cover yet.
- A check only a person can clear, like a puzzle.
- An assessment, or a document you haven't uploaded.
It never makes up an answer about you. If something isn't in your profile and matters, it asks.
Why it reads your Gmail
Many employers email a code before an application can be submitted, and a confirmation after. The agent reads your inbox for those messages and uses them for nothing else.
You can remove its access at any time from the security settings of your Google account. The privacy policy says exactly what it reads and keeps.
